Have you ever tried to lose weight and had the worst days of your life? Do you want to lose weight and gain health? Why did green tea become a fever for those who are seeking to improve their health and are trying to shed extra pounds?

Many researchers have found out that green tea contains combination of components that help you to lose weight and become healthier in other ways at the same time. Green tea is derived from a plant called Camellia Sineses, originally introduced to the world by China in the third century and is now used in the entire world.

What are the components of the tea and what are the benefits from it?

Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), polyphenols, catehins, and bioflavonoid are some of the substances present in green tea that help to prevent diseases. These same elements facilitate weight loss and provide a healthier life. It is worthwhile to mention that in order to get the desired results, the drink needs to be ingested with responsibility. Through the resurge review, a patient will get the idea that eating of green fruits and vegetables will be beneficial for the person. The attainment of the desired results will be there for the good health of the person. Drinking of a lot of water will be profitable for the person to reduce excessive fat.

According to a study made by Michigan University, one of the components of green tea, the epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), offers therapeutic benefits to people that suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. This component has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. The substance inhibits the production of molecules that stimulate inflammation of the joints and wearing of the articulations on people that suffer from arthritis. The epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) also reduces the inflamed cells on the tissue that links the joints.

According to those studies, the EGCG helps to prevent certain cancers as well. Scientists believe that some of the causes of cancer, the alterations or disorder of the cells, can be blocked or at least slowed by the EGCG.

The tea also contains catechins that (when not ingested in excess) can help to reduce body fat, being active or not, because the antioxidant increases the speed of the metabolism. That makes green tea a great source of fat burner.

The bioflavonoid is an antioxidant substance that helps to neutralize the free radicals, which are responsible aging effects in skin. Another reason why green tea is good for the skin is because of the vitamins in it, such a vitamins C, B1, B2, K among others. Green tea also includes the high concentration of anti-oxidants that work on the prevention of the skin from being affected by free radicals. Since green tea is also an anti-inflammatory, it works against the type B ultraviolet rays that cause inflammations on the skin, which make your skin red when in the sun.

Caffeine is another component of green tea, but it does not have the same effect that pure caffeine (such as that found in black tea) has on the body. Most other substances contain caffeine which is too quickly absorbed by the body, while green tea has caffeine which is slow-acting, not causing the negative effects of drinks such as coffee. For this reason, green tea is used as a stimulant since it gives you energy. It activates the immune system, allowing you to be protected from diseases.
